Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of QR Pro ("the Service"), operated by Metate Group. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

QR Pro lets you create dynamic QR codes that redirect to a destination you control, and view scan statistics. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your password, and everything created under it. Provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You must be 18 or over, or have permission from a responsible adult, to hold an account.

Acceptable use

You must not use QR Pro to link to unlawful, deceptive, malicious or infringing content, to distribute malware, to phish, or to point codes at material that violates any applicable law or another party's rights. We may suspend or remove codes or accounts that breach this.

Subscriptions & billing

The Pro plan is billed monthly in advance at the price shown at checkout, through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Availability

We work to keep the Service running but provide it "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. On closure, your codes will stop redirecting.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use means acceptance.
